He is a 1st generation entrepreneur and a visionary with over 40 years of rich experience in buildings brands, setting up, scaling and divesting businesses across pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, advertising & media, wellness foods, skill developent, etc.

Nitin Gupta

Nitin Gupta is an “Enabler” at BLIP Initiatives and is responsible for strategy and operations of the firm.
He brings to the firm strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence, derived out of his 12+ years of experience across Investment Banking, operations & R&D spread across FMCG, Healthcare, Building Products, F&B and automotive space.
He is an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB) and has worked with some leading transaction advisory firms like EY & Deloitte in the past.

Mukul Pasricha

Mukul Pasricha is an “Enabler” at BLIP Initiatives responsible for the management of the co-working space.
He is the founder at Springhouse and operates 8 co-working spaces across NCR.
Prior to joining Springhouse, Mukul worked as a consultant with EY and has studied at ISB.

Experienced mentors are the biggest backbone of BLIP as they help the entrepreneurs to move on to the path of growth and acceleration by helping them solve the problems with their business model, funding, negotiations, hiring and much more.

 

 

Who are BLIP Mentors?

BLIP mentors are experienced business leaders with an exceptional track record in their sectors and are looking to give back by helping other budding entrepreneurs.
They want to use their experience in guiding the entrepreneurs on to the path of success.
BLIP mentors commit at least 8-10 hours a month with entrepreneurs preferably through in-person meetings in addition to phone / mails.
We take our mentor network seriously and expect an alignment on the following with our Mentors:

  • They want to actively help and guide the budding entrepreneurs in whichever way possible.
  • They want to constantly challenge & inspire the entrepreneurs, thus making them a better entrepreneur in the process.
  • They have the patience to listen and understand the problems of the entrepreneurs and provide them with relevant practical solutions to overcome those challenges.
  • They don’t hesitate in making their business network available to the entrepreneurs for business expansion, funding, etc.

Paramnoor Singh

Paramnoor is an experienced Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Income Tax Representation, startup support and Fund raising. Strong professional graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India with specialization in International taxation & Information Systems audits.

Vikram Karayi

Vikram is currently a partner at Linkage, India. An industry expert in the field of personnel management with more than 20 years of experience. He has worked at the top management positions at Steria, Salesforce, Ozone Pharmaceuticals, etc. His work includes developing and deploying core HR strategies in the organizations and also developing the leadership role among the top level executives.

Raju Moza

Raju Moza is CFO-Zentrix, Board member at Navigant Inc and Board observer at Creatiosoft and Imaginitiate Ventures . He is an active writer contributing to various publications namely huff post, BW disrupt, youthkiawaaz, epilogue, bizvidya, et al. He has made two short documentary films – Agony of Kashmiri pandit & In search of warm snow – as well .

Ravichandran V (Healthcare & Pharmacy Enabler)

25+ Years of  experience in setting up & managing pharmacy operations while building India’s largest Pharmacy Business at Apollo. He has worked in solving the toughest problem in India’s product market – distribution in a complex country like India. During his tenure he got exposure to Pharmacy Software Management, Logistic and Distribution, Pharmacy Business Strategy & Business Restructuring. He has keen interest in Remote Healthcare and Home Healthcare models.
